After he graduated from Medical University , Dr. Balloma completed his training as ORL-Head & Neck Surgeon.
He continued his sub-specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Nose , Face and Neck in United Kingdom ( Royal Ear , Nose and Throat Hospital in London ) and Germany ( Lubeck University Hospital )
In these departments he specialized in all plastic and reconstructive operations of the face , focusing on functional rhinoplasty .
Member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery since 1997 . He has more than 30years of surgical experience in Athens,Greece and Tirana, Albania.
He is internationally recognized for his experience in Nose Surgery . A large number of patients worldwide visit dr. Balloma for primary rhinoplasty or revision rhinoplasty ( after unsuccessful previous surgeries ).
In 2000 he founded and organized a surgical team in ‘’Luis Medical Center’’ , which performs over 1.000 plastic surgeries per year and has trained many ORL & Plastic Surgeons in Balkan region.
